Energy Awareness Workshop
Energy is all around us and something we utilize to communication, nourish ourselves and exist. However, most of the time we are interacting with our sources of energy unconsciously. Come learn more about energy in a playful setting where anything is possible. We will discover more about topics such as energetic boundaries, shielding, and grounding. Classes are designed to be able to drop in when you can, I have several sessions going, or we can talk about a new one. Email me at lholitza@insightfulinspirations.org to find out times for upcoming sessions. Each session is $10 per person, paid at the time of the class.
- 45 minutes- 4-5 year olds, parents can hang out upstairs and converse while they wait for their little ones. Space is limited to 5 kids.
- 45 minutes - 5-7 year olds, parents can hang out upstairs and converse while they wait for their little ones. Space is limited to 5 kids.
- 45 minutes – 8 – 12 year olds, parents can hang out upstairs and wait for their children. Space is limited to 10 kids.
- 1 hour – 13 – 15 year olds, parents can hang out or drop off their children. Space is limited to 10 kids.
- 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. - 16 years old- Adult, 16 and 17 year olds need permission from a parent to attend. Space is limited to 15 people.
- I do have some sibling groups going on (age range 3 +) if you have a specific group you would like to request, let me know.
