Chakra Communication – First Chakra and Seventh Chakra

Jul 02
2009

Again, if you aren’t familiar with Chakra’s review the post on first and seventh chakra’s first. There are more on communcation of the chakras in past blogs as well.

Grand CanyonThe communication between the seventh and first chakra can be a very powerful one. This is our connection with ourselves as part of a whole. A whole what? A whole universe, consiousness, community, planet, you name it, you are part of more than youself, yet you are alone in your experiences as no one sees it the way you do.

This communication can be a powerful force in helping you understand who you are in a complete and balanced picture. It can give you the strength for follow all of your energy centers forward, because you trust yourself to be safe in the infinate power that is all of us. Neverending and always changing.

When this communication is blocked you feel victimized by the world. You feel disconnected from yourself as it relates to the rest of the world, you feel isolated, lost and sometimes completely depressed.  When I read for people and this communication is blocked (which it often is one of the most blocked spaces) the person generally lacks enthusiasm to keep going. They don’t know which direction to head and sometimes they are downright afraid to try.

You might feel like you don’t belong here, that you are a stranger on this planet. You may have a “get them, before they get you” attitude. You might feel competition and insecurity around people who seem “better” than you. Bottom line is, you feel threatened by how separate you feel from the rest of the world.

Insightful Inspriation of the week

Notice where you are blocking yourself to the wisdom that is yours to have with the divine guidance of all that you are part of. Do you feel competitive and protective of your ideas? Do you feel like you have to get ahead before someone else does or there won’t be room for both of you? Rest in the knowing that when we are in alignment with giving our gifts to the world, it is our unique gift to give and no one else has this to offer. They may do it similar to you, but it isn’t the same, and those that need your gift will receive it and you will receive you rewards for sharing that gift. There is plenty to go around of what we all want, because none of us want exactly the same thing.  This week, share your self authentically and openly, without fear that someone will take advantage of it, or abuse it. Give without expecation of receiving and allow things to unfold as they will.

Do you feel alone and as if no one understands you? No one does understand you completely. No one sees the world though your eyes. Your perception is made up of a complex matrix of your personality, experiences, concepts of the world and soul purpose. You are not meant to be understood fully, as you are unique and divine in your difference. Embrace the safety of knowing no one knows anyone on this dimension completely. No one is understood fully, yet there is nothing to understand. Let go of the need to convince others that your perception is accurate. It is… and so is everyone else’s no matter how different it is from yours.

This weeek, just feel safe to be who you are and have peace in knowing who you are as one individual and one as a collective.

As always, I encourage you to comment and discuss!

May your foundation be based in authenticity and peace.

Chakra Communication – First and Fourth chakras

2009

attempts

If you aren’t familiar with chakras please read my past blog post on the first and fourth chakras.

The interaction between the fourth and first chakra can be very intense.  As I read this for people I see a lot of past-life energy stored here as well as struggles to love ourselves and the world and feel safe.  This is about feeling safe to love. The pictures within shows a funny example of when you think it is safe the love knocks you over and you aren’t so sure! attempts2

This space is about survival in love. Love of the planet, love of yourself, love of friends, love of lovers, etc. Have you ever broken up with someone and it hurt so much you felt like you were going to die with pain? That is the first and fourth communicating. This doesn’t have to be a painful thing though. But often times we feel threatened to open ourselves up to love, because we feel vulnerable and unsafe. We feel like if we show too much love, people will take advantage of us and hurt us.

However, when they are communicating, we are in touch with the power of love and feel safe in that feeling. Which to me, is one of the best feelings in the world.   We feel our connection between us and the world we live in. We feel safe to nurture ourselves and others because we do not fear the consequences, we just trust them. This can be a powerful enhancer of your ability to happy in your life. If you don’t feel safe to connect with love… this makes social situations painful, the planet feel unsafe, and the world seems like a cold and lonely place.

Insightful Inspiration for the week

Check in with yourself. Do you think this communication is working? Do you feel safe to offer love to everyone? Are there certain people you don’t feel safe to love? How come you don’t feel safe? Do you have the mindset that being open to love is naive and makes you an easy target?

We are all connected and connecting is safe on so many levels. When done with the intention of love and compassion, the returns can be astounding. This week, try and open yourself up to love someone you wouldn’t normally feel safe to do so with. Maybe it is the homeless guy on the street and you ofter him a smile and eye contact. Maybe it is your signifant other who has hurt you in some way and you open yourself up to show that it hurt because you LOVE them and care, not that you are closed off to them.

Find safety in love. It is the only thing that gets us through the day.

Have a love filled week!

Journey through YOUR energy System: Part 1 – Root Chakra

Nov 14
2008

Some of you reading are VERY familiar with the chakra system with your body and some of you aren’t. I am going to go with assuming you know something about it (as you can research it practically anywhere). I am going to spend then next 7 weeks or so giving you my thoughts on how to inspire the chakras to balance and function to support you. (there are actually 12 chakras, but I am going to stick with the body here) My inspriation to you is going to be to start an notice your chakras and see what you can mainifest in yourself by paying attention to them more.

So, let’s start with the Root chakra. This is the chakra that is at the base of your spine and in its ideal state spins, clockwise at a red color.  This is where you store information about survival.

What I have found in this chakra as I have read people is mostly about money, home life, loosing children, and loss in general. I have seen all kinds of things stir up someone’s survival space that you may not expect. But primarily, you can think of it this way… what do you think you couldn’t survive without? Food, water and air are obvious answers. But really think about this question.

Children end up in here not because we are protecting them with our chakra, but because we feel WE wouldn’t survive loosing one of them. Other people end up in there if they are telling us we can’t survive on our own, IF we believe what they are saying and buy into the picture. Loss ends up in there for many underlying reason, but primarily it is because you feel you won’t survive without it.

This chakra is really helpful to clear out and balance. Especially if you experience a lot of fear or anxiety.

Here is the inspiration a step further. Ask youself what you base your survival on and then pick apart this thing. What WOULD happen if you had no money? Do you really needed it, or perhaps you just need the things money brings to you like shelter, food and water, etc.? What if you had to do without it, would you still survive? Probably… so dig in there. See what you allow to bog down this chakra and get you all worked up about. Nothing is as important as we make it. Especially if we are feeling disconnected, weary, scared, or just bad. Dig into the lies you tell yourself and see if you can let go of some of them.

It made me feel so much better. If I am more detached about things, it doesn’t mean I won’t miss it if it is gone, but I don’t let it rob me of my present happiness. I also don’t let it throw me off kilter completely if I do lose it. I morn the loss, clear out that thing from my space and move forward.

Are you hanging on to something that you think IS affecting your survival right now?  What would happen if you just let it go? What value do you have on keeping it in your space? Do you really want to let it go? Notice how the base of your spine feels when you ask yourselves these questions. (I am guessing a lot of you are also lighting up your third chakra…power…in your stomach, but we can discuss that later). Just notice. Don’t make it a problem….just NOTICE.

I love you all, thanks for reading and good luck!
